Every order ships from Texas with tracking. No surprise fees, no carrier drama.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2pm CT, Monday-Friday ship the same day. Orders placed later ship the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.

Standard Shipping, Free over $50
USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. 3-5 business days. $4.99 flat rate for orders under $50.
Expedited, $12.99
USPS Priority or UPS 2-Day. 2 business days.
Overnight, $29.99
UPS Next Day Air. Orders must be placed before 12pm CT for same-day dispatch.
Tracking
You will get a tracking number by email the moment your label is printed. If you don't see it within 24 hours, check spam or message us.
International
We currently ship to the U.S. only. International shipping is coming Q3 2026. Join our email list for updates.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will replace it at no cost. Email info@pocketperfume.com with your order number and photos if applicable.
Subscription Shipping
Active subscriptions ship free. Your shipment ships on your selected cadence and you can change or skip up to 48 hours before the ship date.
