Not loving it? No hassle. Return any unopened tin within 30 days for a full refund. Here's how.

The 30-Day Guarantee

If you aren't happy with your purchase, send back any unopened tins or unused bundles within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.

What's Eligible

• Eligible: Unopened tins, unused bundles, subscription orders (first month).
• Not eligible: Custom tins with personalization, engraved orders, corporate and wholesale bulk orders, and gift cards.

How to Return

1. Email info@pocketperfume.com with your order number and which items you are returning.
2. We send you a prepaid return label.
3. Drop it at any USPS location.
4. Your refund processes within 5 business days of us receiving the return. You will get an email when it's done.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged or we sent you the wrong thing, contact us within 14 days. We replace it at no cost and cover return shipping.

Exchanges

We don't do formal exchanges, return the original and place a new order so you can use a discount code if you have one.

Subscription Cancellations

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription any time from your account. No cancellation fees. Charges already processed are not refundable, but you can return unopened tins using the process above.
